What if healing was never meant to happen in just one room, once a week, and then forgotten until the next session?
We started this because we were tired of watching people get handed half solutions. Someone struggling with their mental health in India is usually given one thing โ a therapist's number, a prescription โ and told this will fix it. It doesn't, not on its own, because healing doesn't pause the moment you leave the room. It happens in the quiet moments after: when an insight sits with you on a Tuesday afternoon, when you almost forget the homework your therapist gave you, when you want to write something down before it slips away.
So we built more than sessions. We built a pocket therapy space โ a place to save what resonates from our resource corner, journal freely in your own words, hold onto the exercises your therapist gives you, and look back on your own patterns over weeks and months. Paired with licensed psychologists and wellness practitioners who guide you, not just fix you.
This isn't therapy plus an app. It's a space that stays in your hand long after the session ends, because the mental health crisis in this country was never going to be solved in fifty-minute increments alone.
